Returns Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase or need to make a return? Here's what you need to know:
- This policy applies only to items bought directly at www.biskthelabel.com. For items purchased through one of our stockists, please contact the store directly.
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind or incorrect sizes.
Return Conditions:
- Returns will be issued as store credit.
- To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be requested within 7 days of purchase via email to hello@biskthelabel.com.
- Be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Include your order number as proof of purchase.
- Be unused, with original labels and tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Not have any makeup, tan marks, or odors.
- Sale items are final and not eligible for return/exchange.
- We advise using tracked shipping for returns, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items in transit.
Exchanges:
- Full-priced items can be exchanged within 14 days.
- Follow the return conditions above.
- While we try to accommodate exchanges, we cannot guarantee specific styles or sizes due to stock turnover.
Processing:
- Returns are processed every Friday.
- Allow 2-5 business days for processing once items are received.
Faulty Items:
- Contact us immediately at hello@biskthelabel.com if you believe your item is faulty, defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Include your order number and images.
- Notify us of faulty items within 3 business days of delivery.

International returns are to be paid for and organised by the customer.
