Returns Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase or need to make a return? Here's what you need to know:

  • This policy applies only to items bought directly at For items purchased through one of our stockists, please contact the store directly.
  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind or incorrect sizes.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns will be issued as store credit.
  • To qualify for a return, your item must:
    • Be requested within 7 days of purchase via email to
    • Be returned within 14 days of receipt.
    • Include your order number as proof of purchase.
    • Be unused, with original labels and tags attached, and in its original packaging.
    • Not have any makeup, tan marks, or odors.
  • Sale items are final and not eligible for return/exchange.
  • We advise using tracked shipping for returns, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items in transit.


  • Full-priced items can be exchanged within 14 days.
  • Follow the return conditions above.
  • While we try to accommodate exchanges, we cannot guarantee specific styles or sizes due to stock turnover.


  • Returns are processed every Friday.
  • Allow 2-5 business days for processing once items are received.

Faulty Items:
