We accept Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay and Bisk the Label Gift Cards.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent with a copy of your tracking details. You can track your delivery using the tracking details provided in your confirmation email and by using the link below;

Should your order not arrive within our estimated shipping times, contact us here and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

All orders will be dispatched within 24-hours of it being processed (Monday - Friday).*

*Please note; this may vary depending on your location. During peak selling periods, our dispatch and postage time may be delayed (public holidays, holiday periods, high-volume of orders).

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders over $150.00.

Currently we only ship orders within Australia, we hope to ship Internationally soon.

Returns & Refunds

To start a return, download a copy of our returns claim form here. Email your returns claim form to us at hello@biskthelabel.com.

If your return and/or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns/exchange are at the cost of the customer. $9.99 which will be deducted from your refund or exchange value. 
Your refund, exchange or store credit will only be processed once the physical item has been returned and received by our warehouse team. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for your return and/or exchange to be processed.

*Please note, this only applies to items that have been purchased directly at www.biskthelabel.com. Should you have purchased your item through any of our stockists, contact the store directly. 

Unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been processed. Once your order has been received, you can either return or exchange your order. The return cost is the responsibility of the customer. $9.99 will be automatically deducted from your refund or exchange.

However, upon arrival should you believe that your item is faulty, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item contact us immediately at hello@biskthelabel.com. Quote your order number in the subject line. Ensure to include images.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
